1968: Dan Atwood and his father, Ray, founded Pro-Line Boats.
1970: Pro-Line moves to new corporate facility in Homosassa, Florida.
1972: Pro-Line held its first trade show at the International Merchant Marine Exposition and Conference in Chicago.
1973: Pro-Line introduced the first cuddy cab model.
1979: Pro-Line developed the first deep V model.
1981: Pro-Line introduces its cruising cabin series and enters the large boat market.
1994: Pro-Line developed Fiberglass Integrated Structural Technology (FIST).
1997: Pro-Line traded in a new boat for its original 24-foot Dual Console.
2009: Pro-Line comes under new ownership and management.
2016: Pro-Line sold its shares and remained the owner of the beach resorts.
